In 2005 PS Inc adopted its first Strategic Plan which mapped out a service expansion strategy which would see PS Inc become a key provider of aged and disability services. PS Inc identified its core mission as providing the community with the means to participate in community life through the provision of transport and social support programs. PS Inc is currently renewing its strategic plan to allow for the recent service expansion which has occurred over the last 5 years. This new plan will embed the principles of innovation, partnerships and sustainability into our strategic direction, to guide PS Inc through our period of growth and change. The new Strategic Plan will build a unity of purpose for PS Inc. The Strategic Plan will ensure PS Inc's long term strength and sustainability. PS Inc's new strategic direction will complement Hawkesbury City Council's Community Strategic Plan 2010 - 2030. Utilising the infrastructure and planning capability of local government, along with the flexibility and knowledge of the community sector, PS Inc is well placed to develop a strong planning framework to guide it towards meeting the changing needs of the Hawkesbury community. The Strategic Plan will include a yearly operational plan, detailing the performance outcomes to be achieved across the seven PS Inc business branches. Peppercorn Services Inc.
