the Community Hub Project aims to:

• Work within the community, providing outreach locations (currently, Windsor South Public School, Windsor Park Public School & North Richmond Public School)
•  Assist parents with social networks, parenting skills, information and referrals to local services to maximise outcomes for children and families
• the Community Hubs operates a "one-stop shop"model and/or activities from a variety of locations for families with children aged 0-8 years of age
•  Work in partnership with a variety of child and family services with the local hawkesbury area

Priority will be given to families who are disadvantaged.  this may include, though is not limited to:

• Young and/or sole parents
• Families who are socially and geographically isolated
• Families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Families who identify as Indigenous
• Families with additional support need

The Community Hub model enables innovative and flexible approaches to family support and community development
