Families NSW PROGRAM Working with families for up to 3 months - it is a short term support. FNSW is an initiative of the New South Wales Government which aims to provide support to families with children 0-5 years of age. The program is prevention and early intervention strategy intended to assist parents and their children by identifying and managing presenting problems. Criteria for program Families with children 0 - 5 with an emphasis on 0 - 3 years. Referral pathway A service or agencies make a referral on behalf of the family or self referral
