Peppercorn Community Participation Program

Peppercorn Community Participation Program is a post-school program for people with disabilities.  Service users have access to a wide range of established community connections, creating pathways to experiential learning through active community roles and the potential to develop social networks beyond the program.

Who is eligible for the service?
People with disabilities are assessed by The Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care, who determine eligibility for the Community Participation Program.

The Program
Service Users are supported to develop their own Individual Plan. The Program is tailored to meet individual needs and activities offered focus on Life Skills Development, Creative Development and Recreational Participation.
