Peppercorn Supported Employment Program provides employment to persons on or eligibile for a Disability Support Pension.  Peppercorn Supported Employment Program currently employs people in the area of commercial cleaning.  People are initially employed for a 3 month training period during which time ongoing on-the-job support and training is provided.

Wage Assessments      
After a 3 month training period, an independent assessor performs a Wage Assessment.  The results of this assessment determine individual wages based on the recognised award.  For example, if a person is assessed as performing at 70% capacity they will be payed 70% of the full award wage.

Ongoing Training and Support      
Staff remain on hand to provide on the job assistance to increase skills.  Individual performance will be reviewed annually.
