• Peppercorn Place at 320 George Street, Windsor.  Peppercorn Place is a co-location building which houses several HACC services, including some of Peppercorn Services Inc's own services.
• Stewart Street Early Intervention Centre at 12 Stewart Street, South Windsor.
• Bligh Park Children's Centre at the corner of Guardian and Alexanders Streets, Bligh Park.
