Connecting People & Community
Peppercorn Service Inc. is an incorporated organisation governed by a Board of Management. It was established by Hawkesbury City Council in March 2001.
Hawkesbury City Council has delegated to Peppercorn Services the responsibility for managing and operating Council’s externally funded community services. Peppercorn Services also holds several contracts separate to Council. We provide a range of services for Hawkesbury residents, with a focus on disadvantaged, vulnerable or geographically and socially isolated groups within the community.
Our administrative centre is located at Peppercorn Place, Windsor. Peppercorn's programs are delivered from more than half a dozen locations around the Hawkesbury and we have formed service agreements with other agencies to work with our partners to strengthen and improve local services.
The following Federal, State and Local Government Departments have provided funding contributions towards the delivery of Peppercorn's programs:

NSW Department of Family & Community Services
NSW Ministry of Health
Transport for NSW
NSW Department of Education
Hawkesbury City Council
Peppercorn Services is further supported by individual donors, corporate sponsors and philanthropic grants.
