Customer Service Officer (Social Inclusion Programs)
28 hours per week based in Windsor
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Peppercorn Services team and support innovative and dynamic services for people across the Hawkesbury.
The Customer Service Officer (Social Inclusion) is part of the community transport coordination team with additional responsibility for social inclusion activities. The Customer Service Officer (Social Inclusion) supports the implementation of the Aged Care Quality Standards for Wellness and Reablement across Peppercorn’s community care programs.
The Customer Service Officer (Social Inclusion) is responsible for two key sets of activities:
Community Transport Bookings and Scheduling, and handling all enquiries about social inclusion outings and activities;
Social Inclusion Activity Planning and Promotion, ensuring that service provision embraces the government-endorsed Wellness and Reablement approach in every client interaction.

Volunteer Peppers Pantry Hosts
Pepper's Pantry is a food pantry services held at the South Windsor Family Centre. Our aim is to reduce food insecurities amongst the local community. Peppercorn Children and Families does this by providing essential food items at minimal or no cost for families who are food insecure.
We are a child safe organisation and promote a fair and inclusive environment. All applications are welcome!
Being a Pepper's Pantry host is a fun role available for a variety of shifts - half day, 2 half days or a full day. We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to help deliver this service and the duties include:
- Preparation - unpacking and organising food for pantry set up and distribution
- Meet & Greet - providing a friendly welcome for families
Training is provided to the successful applicant. You will need to present your valid Working With Children Check and undergo a National Criminal History Check, which we will organise.
